How ProAds collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and business messaging platform.

This policy applies to proads.digital and the ProAds business messaging services (WhatsApp Business API, Bulk WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS), operated from Kochi, Kerala, India. "You" means a visitor, a customer using the platform, or a person who receives messages sent through it.

Information we collect

  • Account details you give us, such as your name, work email, phone number, company name, and billing information.
  • Campaign content you upload so we can deliver messages on your behalf: contact lists, message templates, media, and scheduling settings.
  • Delivery data generated when messages are sent, including delivery, read, and reply status returned by WhatsApp, mobile operators, and RCS.
  • Usage data such as pages visited, browser type, device, approximate location, and actions taken in the dashboard.

How we use it

We use this information to run the platform, deliver and report on your messages, respond to demo and support requests, send service notices, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Messaging data and your customers

When you upload contacts and send messages, you act as the controller of that data and ProAds processes it on your instructions. You are responsible for holding a lawful basis and any required opt-in for the people you message. We keep opt-out requests we receive and honour them across your campaigns.

Sharing

Message delivery relies on channel providers you choose — Meta (WhatsApp), Google (RCS), and telecom operators and aggregators (SMS). We share only what is needed to send and report on your messages. We also use hosting, analytics, and payment vendors under contract, and may disclose information where the law requires.

Retention and security

Account and campaign data are kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for reporting, billing, and legal reasons. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and activity in the dashboard is logged.

Your rights
