The service

ProAds provides tools to send and manage WhatsApp Business API, Bulk WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS messages, including contact management, templates, scheduling, a shared inbox, chatbots, reports, APIs, and — where agreed in writing — a white-label version of the platform.

Your account

• Keep your login details private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
• Give accurate business, contact, and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything sent from your account, including by your team members.

Acceptable use

Message only people you are allowed to contact, and honour opt-outs promptly. Do not use ProAds for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful content, or to collect personal data without a lawful basis. We may pause sending, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Channel rules

Each channel has its own provider policies: the WhatsApp Business Messaging and Commerce policies for WhatsApp Business API and Bulk WhatsApp, Google's RCS Business Messaging policies for RCS, and TRAI/DLT and operator regulations for SMS in India. You agree to follow them. Templates may need provider approval before they can be sent, and providers may block messages independently of ProAds.

Fees and payment

Plan fees, per-message charges, and white-label fees are quoted before you start and may be prepaid or invoiced. Conversation and delivery charges set by channel providers are passed through at the rates shown in your plan. Unpaid balances may lead to suspension.

Availability

We work to keep the platform available and to deliver messages quickly, but delivery also depends on WhatsApp, Google, mobile operators, and the recipient's device. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered or read, and we may schedule maintenance with notice where possible.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ProAds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by a channel provider or operator, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You can stop using ProAds at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or provider policies, or where required by law. After termination we delete or return your campaign data in line with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention duties.
